Country Manager Intern

Last.fm's business development team is looking for someone to help manage our international sites and work with our partners.

We are looking for a fluent speaker of Latin American Spanish.
What you’ll be doing:

* Researching the competitive environment, as well as relevant legal aspects of running a site in foreign countries
* Coordinating with professional translators on site updates from English to the foreign language one
* Handling customer service issues: responding to user questions, acting as intermediary between user and technical team as needed
* Promoting the website in the local target market
* Updating the business development team on user requests to improve/change the site and business partnership requests
* Developing local advertising and ecommerce strategy
* And, most importantly: ensuring the foreign site retains the Last.fm culture

Requirements:

* User of Last.fm
* Fluent speaker with strong written skills and intimate knowledge of the local language and culture
* Resident of London
* Available for a 3-month internship
* Some computer science knowledge: HTML at a minimum
* Enjoys working in a fast-paced, startup environment
* Loves music!

This position is an internship for now - full-time prefered, part-time accepted. Salary is tbd based on experience.
